"There's poets trying to die tonight".

↑ "There's" should be "there are" because "poets" is a plural noun, and therefore calls for a plural verb agreement. Now, if it were, "there's a poet trying to die tonight" then it would be grammatically correct. However, because of the plural form, it is not.
